Q. Are Blissful Babies staff qualified?

A.  Yes, our staff are Mothercraft nurses and are registered with the Nurses and Midwives Board NSW.  

Q. Do you provide Babysitters, Nannies or Night Nurses?

A. No, we do not act as an agency. All of our consultants are Mothercraft Nurses.

Q. If I opt for a home visit how many will I need? 

A. The number of home visits required to resolve an issue varies with each client. However many issues can be solved in one visit (Don’t forget we offer phone/email support post-home visit).

Q. How long do I have to wait for a home consultation/Parenting Hub consultation?

A. Generally the waiting period is 2 – 5 days. However urgent consultations can be arranged. If you are in need of assistance we will endeavour to get you an appointment as soon as possible.

Q. What is the Blissful Babies home visit service area?

A. We are based in Western Sydney, however, our consultants also service other areas(including International clients) by arrangement.

Q. How soon can we book?

A. We suggest that you book as soon as possible however Blissful Babies will endeavour to see all urgent cases on a needs basis.

Q. What support options are available after the visits?

A. Blissful Babies offers clients a comprehensive support package including a range of phone & email support options. 

Q. How do gift packages & certificates work & how do I order one?

A. Contact Blissful Babies on (02) 4704 8838 or via info@blissfulbabies.com.auand we can arrange a personalised gift certificate to be sent.

Q. How long do gift packages & certificates last?

A. 6 months unless otherwise stated

Q. What payment options are available?

A. We accept cheques, money orders, credit/debit cards and cash.
